Shipping Information:

Orders are normally shipped by UPS or for international by USPS. UPS Worldwide service is also offered. In stock items ship within two business days after payment is received. If you have a UPS account you would like us to bill shipping cost directly to, you will need to phone, e-mail or fax your order. CA sales tax exempt orders need to have the resale certificate sent prior to the order being placed.

No will call orders.

If the shipping address is in the USA, but a shipping method for international service is selected at order checkout, the shipping will default to a very low dollar amount (the automated system can't figure out the proper rate). In this case we will change the order to UPS Ground shipping and the ground rate will be charged.
If the shipping address is international, but a domestic service is selected, the shipping will also default to a very low dollar amount. In this case we will hold the order and verify the USPS Priority International shipping cost.

Payment Information:

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, money orders and business/personal checks (checks must clear before order ships). Net 30 accounts are available to qualifying police and fire departments as well as qualifying businesses. Contact us directly if you are paying by check, money order or to have your order shipped COD. UPS COD fee applies.

There is no minimum order amount.


Back Order, Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If an item(s) within your order are back ordered, your order will ship complete when items are back in stock (generally 5-7 days back order time). We try to keep most items in stock for prompt shipping but occasionally do have a back ordered item. An item's web page will show "out of stock" if the back order time is expected to be more than two weeks. If you are still interested in the item with a back order time please call to place an order. If you do not want to wait for back ordered items let us know and we will ship your order as the items are available. Please note customer is responsible for shipping costs on split orders and there is a cost savings on shipping when all items ship at once.

Products that indicate "one in stock" or "limited stock" are items that:
-we do not plan to have after stock is depleted;
-quantity orders are not possible for since only one is available

Our NEW vehicle parts are backed by a 1 year (from date of purchase) warranty to be free from manufactures defects; with the exception of: New light bulbs carry a 30 day warranty against manufacture defects. SEC America power converter products please see individual product web pages for warranty time.
Parts where failure or damage was caused due to abuse, missapplication, or accident are not covered.
Products may not be returned due to error in purchasing. Prior approval before return is required; customer must call us prior to returning any item. The dated invoice that was included with the item (or a photocopy of the invoice) must be included. Upon our inspection of the part, and if we find the part defective, the item will be replaced. If, in the event a product is no longer in stock, the purchase price will be refunded. Initial shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility. Erik’s Military & Industrial Surplus will pay outbound shipping on the replacement.

Our USED surplus items are sold as-is and sales are final. All items are sold as pictured; if you don't see something in the picture or the item description doesn't state that something extra is included (i.e. power cord, manuals, cables, etc) then it is not included with the purchase. If you are unsure of included items or items condition then please inquire.


Every shipment is carefully packed so you receive our products in good condition. Damage in transit is the carriers responsibility. Our merchandise was carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. The carrier, upon acceptance of the shipment, assumed responsibility for its safe delivery. Erik’s Military & Industrial Surplus will not issue return authorization or credit for any freight damaged material. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must therefore be made upon the carrier as follows:

CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage that does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking make a written request for inspection by the carriers agent within fifteen days of the delivery date. Then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist, if required by the carrier, in filing a claim.

VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence on loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. The carrier will supply the form required to file such a claim. We will assist, if required by the carrier, in filing a claim.

Lost or stolen shipments: if a shipment becomes lost or stolen while in the possession of the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc), Erik's Military and Industrial Surplus will not offer a refund beyond the insurance compensation provided by the carrier.


Cancellation: orders may not be canceled once placed.

Export from USA: some of our items can not be exported. If you would like to order an item(s) and have them shipped out of the USA please contact us first.
