The Prestolite M13486/1 series of Mil-spec wire features stranded tinned copper conductor, separator over conductor, and Hypalon insulation.
Excellent flexibility, even at low temperatures; resistance to abrasion, fluids, and weather which allows use in exposed situations. Fungus resistant.
The M13486/1 series 16, 14, and 12 AWG wires are designed to be used with the appropriate MS2714 series of rubber shell connectors to create a waterproof connection.
